Meet Our Managing Director

Kaushik Madhubhai Kothiya is a civil engineer and a second-generation entrepreneur. His family's involvement in real estate spans more than three decades, and he leads Yogeshwar Group's residential, commercial and retail development in Nashik.

His management philosophy centres on quality, transparency and customer satisfaction: in what is built, in how it is sold, and in the relationship that continues after the keys are handed over.

Through the Yogeshwar Group Foundation, which he leads with Mrs. Mansi Kaushik Kothiya, the group runs the Bal Sanskar programme for children, along with community, water and environment work across Nashik.
